Covid - 19 Statement

COVID-19 has changed the way we do things, but has not impaired our ability to provide or deliver quality services to our customers. 

We are protecting our customers when visiting their home

We practice social distancing when talking to the customer by standing at least 6 feet outside the door. We will evaluate if the work can be performed without entering the home. We will wear masks when interacting with the customer.

Protecting our employee.

All employees have been provided information about steps they can take to protect themselves at work and at home.  

All employees are required to take their temperature, before coming to work. If ill, they must remain at home and not come to work.  If an employee becomes sick while at work, they will be separated from other employees, customers, and visitors and sent home immediately. The employee may telework, if possible, given their position.

Any employee who is ill, caring for someone who exhibits any signs/symptoms of COVID-19, or has been exposed, will be quarantined from the office for 14 days. And we will follow the guidance from healthcare professionals when they are able to return to the office.
